OUR STORE POLICIES

PRIVACY POLICY

1) When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
2) When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

3) Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

4) To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

5) We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this  policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

STORE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY: Panther De Luxe Jewelry provides expedited shipping on all products via USPS. 

 

All of the shipments that we send are fully insured with a tracking number so you can rest assured your items will arrive on time wherever you have them shipped. 

Order Status can be tracked in your account page. You can also track your order by visiting USPS.com and entering the tracking number that was provided to you via email.

For your convenience and protection, Panther De Luxe always: 

 

  1. Requires an adult signature to sign for packages.

  2. We insure items for the full purchase price while in transit

  3. Requires that all items are delivered to a home address or a physical business.

  4. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Every single item is custom, made-to-order to your specifications, so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

RETURN POLICY

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with our product, please email us at pantherdeluxe11@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and follow the steps provided by our customer sales associates to return purchased item(s). You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fee. 

Please note to be eligible for returns, items must be in original purchased condition, unworn and with all documentation.

 

The return must also be received in our showroom within 14 days from when the order was delivered to you. 

 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
